MEOW MEOW Tattoo was founded by Amy Lee Katz in 2020. Born and raised in California, she spent most of her childhood in the mountains, rock climbing and surrounded by nature. This is her biggest inspirational source, fueling her creativity from the ultimate creations. After graduating from Academy of Art University in San Francisco for Painting and Drawing, she began playing with ink and needles. Starting with stick and pokes on really good friends. She decided to move to El Paso, Texas in 2014 where she spent many childhood holidays. Here she honed the craft for tattooing, dedicating everyday to improve in one way or another. Her portfolio ranges from portraits, cover-ups, color work , Japanese, realism, geometry, dot work, watercolor. Currently she is focusing on large work (leg and arm sleeves, full back, etc) in Japanese traditional, Blackwork, or Decorative design incorporating floral or mythology elements. She opened MEOW MEOW envisioning a space that embodies all the best things to create beautiful tattoos with likeminded artists. It is a welcoming, clean, open and creative space that you will surely enjoy.

In 2006, he started his career in tattooing through self-taught experience, and has continued to hone his skills in El Paso, TX. Though he’s dabbled in most styles of tattooing (being proficient in realism/portraits, illustrative, and Japanese), his preference is anime/manga style pieces. Other subjects for tattoos he’d be interested in working with include, but are not limited to: comics, video games, and pop culture sort of stuff.

Rochelle is an El Paso born native who graduated with a Bachelors of Fine Arts at New Mexico State University where she concentrated on life drawing and painting.
Rochelle has been published in several magazines and books for her art and tattoos throughout 15 years of tattooing. She is a member of the Texas tattoo artist Pro Team and has several sponsors.
She specializes in illustrative portraiture and prefers to work on faces that are imaginative rather than that of specific people (famous historical figures and family members for instance) as this gives her more freedom to create flow for each persons natural movement and anatomy. She often accents these subjects with organic matter found in nature (including botanical and animal figures).
If you would like to become a client, Rochelle is always available via text: 915.282.3267 for a quick consultation.
For consideration and to speed up the booking process you can send her a text with a straight-on picture well-lit photo of where you are looking to get your tattoo done as well as a short description of what you are looking to do with that piece (story, inspiration, and/or references)
Please attach preferred available days (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays etc).

Erica Terrazas began her artistic journey in 2013. As she progressed with canvas and sketchbook media, a new passion for tattooing on skin was born in 2018. She specializes in black and grey realism, sacred geometry, pointillism, and Japanese themed projects. She's found a haven in this passion, as she believes it is far beyond just inks and needles. Every design is meticulously constructed with devotion to her craft. Her passion is driven by spending time doing some of her favorite hobbies, such as, hiking, reading, meditation, exercising, training in Kung Fu and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Erica finds a sense of healing and comfort in her craft and aims to offer that sensation through her tattoos and designs. She has understood that there will always be room for growth and strives to continue learning.
